\u4e00\u4f4d\u8001\u4eba\u88ab\u9632\u75ab\u4eba\u5458\u7528\u4e0d\u77e5\u4ec0\u4e48\u6750\u8d28\u7684\u677f\u5b50\u538b\u4f4f\uff0c\u4e24\u4e2a\u8eab\u7740\u8ff7\u5f69\u670d\u7684\u4eba\u5404\u7528\u4e00\u53ea\u811a\u8e0f\u4f4f\u677f\u5b50\u4e24\u7aef\uff0c\u5e2e\u52a9\u9632\u75ab\u4eba\u5458\u5236\u670d\u8001\u4eba\u7684\u56fe\u7247\u5728\u793e\u4ea4\u5a92\u4f53\u70ed\u4f20\u3002\u76ee\u524d\u5c1a\u4e0d\u6e05\u695a\u62cd\u6444\u8fd9\u5f20\u7167\u7247\u7684\u65f6\u95f4\u548c\u7a7f\u8ff7\u5f69\u670d\u8005\u7684\u771f\u5b9e\u8eab\u4efd\u3002\u4ece\u8ff7\u5f69\u670d\u4e0a\u7684\u519b\u8854\u770b\uff0c\u4e0d\u662f\u73b0\u5f79\u519b\u4eba\uff0c\u7591\u4f3c\u9884\u5907\u5f79\u7684\u6c11\u5175\u2014\u2014\u8fd9\u4e00\u7fa4\u4f53\u4e5f\u5927\u90fd\u6709\u670d\u5f79\u7ecf\u5386\u3002\u6709\u7f51\u53cb\u8bc1\u5b9e\u7167\u7247\u7684\u62cd\u6444\u5730\u70b9\u5728\u6d59\u6c5f\u6d77\u5b81\u3002\u81f3\u4e8e\u8001\u4eba\u4e3a\u4ec0\u4e48\u4f1a\u88ab\u5982\u6b64\u5bf9\u5f85\uff0c\u539f\u56e0\u4e0d\u8be6\u3002

\u5728\u9019\u672cHuman Dignity, Human Rights, and Responsibility: The New Language of Global Bioethics and Biolaw<\/a>\u66f8\u4e2d\uff0cYechiel Michael Barilan\u5c0d\u4eba\u985e\u5c0a\u56b4\u548c\u4eba\u6b0a\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u8feb\u5207\u9700\u8981\u7684\u3001\u975e\u610f\u8b58\u5f62\u614b\u7684\u548c\u5fb9\u5e95\u7684\u6982\u5ff5\u6f84\u6e05\uff0c\u5c07\u9019\u4e9b\u60f3\u6cd5\u8207\u7576\u524d\u502b\u7406\u3001\u6cd5\u5f8b\u548c\u751f\u7269\u502b\u7406\u5b78\u7684\u554f\u984c\u806f\u7e6b\u8d77\u4f86\u3002 <\/p>\n\n\n\n
