class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Scalia\u6587\u7ae0\u7684\u7665\u7d50\u5728\u65bc\uff0c\u90a3\u4e9b\u6839\u64da\u4ed6\u5011\u8a8d\u70ba\u6cd5\u5f8b\u61c9\u8a72\u662f\u4ec0\u9ebc\u800c\u4e0d\u662f\u5be6\u969b\u4e0a\u662f\u4ec0\u9ebc\u4f86\u201c\u89e3\u91cb\u201d\u6cd5\u5b9a\u548c\u61b2\u6cd5\u6587\u672c\u7684\u6cd5\u5b98\u6b63\u5728\u7be1\u596a\u7acb\u6cd5\u6a5f\u95dc\u4e26\u7834\u58de\u6211\u5011\u7684\u61b2\u6cd5\u653f\u5e9c\u5f62\u5f0f\u548c\u6211\u5011\u7684\u8457\u540d\u7f8e\u570b\u7406\u60f3\u662f\u201c\u6cd5\u6cbb\u653f\u5e9c\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u662f\u4eba\u7684\u653f\u5e9c\u201d\u3002\u4e0d\u5e78\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u7531\u65bc\u6cd5\u5f8b\u6559\u80b2\u7684\u4e0d\u8db3\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u6cd5\u5b98\u5df2\u7d93\u4f54\u64da\u4e86\u4e3b\u5c0e\u5730\u4f4d\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u7d93\u5e38\u6b6a\u66f2\u6216\u5b8c\u5168\u5ffd\u8996\u6cd5\u5f8b\u6587\u672c\uff0c\u4ee5\u9054\u5230\u4ed6\u5011\u8a8d\u70ba\u5f9e\u653f\u7b56\u89d2\u5ea6\u4f86\u770b\u53ef\u53d6\u7684\u7d50\u679c\u3002\u5c0d\u65bc class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u70ba\u4e86\u61c9\u5c0d\u9019\u7a2e\u8150\u8755\u6027\u7684\u6d41\u884c\u75c5\uff0cScalia\u6307\u51fa\u6587\u672c\u4e3b\u7fa9\uff08textualism\uff09\u548c\u539f\u6559\u65e8\u4e3b\u7fa9\u662f\u9748\u4e39\u5999\u85e5\u3002Scalia\u7368\u7279\u7684\u6587\u672c\u4e3b\u7fa9\u54c1\u724c\u2014\u2014\u5236\u5b9a\u6cd5\u5f8b\u7684\u7121\u53ef\u6307\u8cac\u7684\u54f2\u5b78\u5fc5\u9808\u8207\u6587\u672c\u672c\u8eab\u4e00\u81f4\u5730\u89e3\u91cb\u2014\u2014\u5176\u5b9a\u7fa9\u7684\u539f\u5247\u662f\uff0c\u6587\u672c\u4e0d\u61c9\u88ab\u56b4\u683c\u6216\u5bec\u9b06\u5730\u89e3\u91cb\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u201c\u5408\u7406\u5730\u5305\u542b\u5b83\u5011\u516c\u5e73\u610f\u5473\u8457\u7684\u4e00\u5207\u3002 &#8220;\u985e\u4f3c\u5730\uff0cScalia\u7684\u539f\u6559\u65e8\u4e3b\u7fa9\u5f62\u5f0f\uff08\u539f\u610f\uff0c\u8207\u539f\u610f\u76f8\u53cd\uff09\u8a8d\u70ba\uff0c\u61b2\u6cd5\u898f\u5b9a\u61c9\u6839\u64da\u5728\u8a72\u898f\u5b9a\u88ab\u6279\u51c6\u6642\u751f\u6d3b\u7684\u7406\u6027\u4eba\u6240\u7406\u89e3\u7684\u542b\u7fa9\u4f86\u89e3\u91cb\u3002\u5728\u6587\u672c\u4e3b\u7fa9\u5c07\u53f8\u6cd5\u89e3\u91cb\u8207\u6587\u672c\u806f\u7e6b\u8d77\u4f86\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\uff0c\u539f\u610f\u5c07\u6587\u672c\u7684\u89e3\u91cb\u8207\u88fd\u5b9a\u7684\u6642\u9593\u6bb5\u806f\u7e6b\u8d77\u4f86\u3002\u51fa\u65bc\u5404\u7a2e\u539f\u56e0\uff0c\u9019\u5f88\u6709\u610f\u7fa9\uff0c\u5373\u53ea\u6709\u6587\u672c\u624d\u662f\u6cd5\u5f8b\uff0c\u53ea\u6709\u66ab\u6642\u56fa\u5b9a\u7684\u89e3\u91cb\u624d\u80fd\u53cd\u6620\u5236\u5b9a\u6cd5\u5f8b\u4e26\u70ba\u751f\u6d3b\u5728\u6cd5\u5f8b\u4e0b\u7684\u516c\u6c11\u63d0\u4f9b\u4efb\u4f55\u771f\u6b63\u4fdd\u8b77\u7684\u7acb\u6cd5\u6a5f\u69cb\u7684\u610f\u9858. class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5728\u95e1\u8ff0\u4e86\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u5224\u4f8b\u4e4b\u5f8c\uff0cScalia\u4ee5\u56b4\u53b2\u62a8\u64ca\u201c\u6d3b\u61b2\u6cd5\u201d\u7684\u6982\u5ff5\u4f5c\u70ba\u7d50\u5c3e\uff0c\u9019\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u8207\u539f\u59cb\u4e3b\u7fa9\u5c0d\u7acb\u7684\u54f2\u5b78\uff0c\u8a8d\u70ba\u61b2\u6cd5\u53ef\u4ee5\u96a8\u8457\u6642\u9593\u7684\u63a8\u79fb\u800c\u6f14\u8b8a\u4e26\u5177\u6709\u65b0\u7684\u542b\u7fa9\u3002 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u96d6\u7136 Scalia
