21 \u5e74\u4ee3\u5230\u4eca\u5929\u5c0d\u5e1d\u570b\u793e\u6703\u5b78\u7406\u89e3\u7684\u5404\u7a2e\u8ca2\u737b\uff0c\u9019\u672c\u66f8\u5206\u70ba\u4e09\u500b\u4e3b\u8981\u90e8\u5206\u3002\u7b2c\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\u662f\u6df1\u5165\u63a2\u8a0e\u570b\u5bb6\u793e\u6703\u5b78\u53ca\u5176\u8207\u5e1d\u570b\u767c\u5c55\u7684\u95dc\u4fc2\u3002\u9019\u88e1\u7684\u4f5c\u54c1\u63a2\u7d22\u4e86\u5728\u524d\u8607\u806f\u6642\u671f\u7684\u4fc4\u7f85\u65af\u3001\u610f\u5927\u5229\u3001\u5fb7\u570b\u3001\u6cd5\u570b\u548c\u7f8e\u570b\u57f9\u80b2\u7684\u793e\u6703\u5b78\u8b8a\u9ad4\u5982\u4f55\u53d7\u5230\u6bcf\u500b\u5e1d\u570b\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u4e26\u5f71\u97ff\u5176\u767c\u5c55\u3002\u7b2c\u4e8c\u90e8\u5206\u662f\u5c0d\u7576\u524d\u5e1d\u570b\u793e\u6703\u5b78\u7406\u8ad6\u7684\u8003\u5bdf\uff0c\u501f\u9452\u4e86Giorgio Mouffe\u5c0d\u9738\u6b0a\u7684\u8003\u5bdf\u7b49\u7406\u8ad6\u7acb\u5834\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u90e8\u5206\u6536\u9304\u4e86\u5404\u7a2e\u8cc7\u6df1\u5b78\u8005\u7684\u4f5c\u54c1\uff0c\u5305\u62ecMichael Mann\u3001Krishan Kumar\u3001Julian Go\u3001\u548cFuyuki Kurasawa\uff0c\u9019\u88e1\u7684\u7ae0\u7bc0\u5728\u7406\u8ad6\u4e0a\u5bcc\u6709\u6210\u6548\uff0c\u5728\u6b77\u53f2\u4e0a\u4e5f\u5f88\u8c50\u5bcc\u3002 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
