聖經說:人是上帝依據衪自己而創造出來的。如是說，人具有上帝所具有的一切〈無論好壞！〉。换然之，在人的身上我們可以體現出上帝的所有屬性！人具有神性，因為上帝；人具有惡性，因為上帝；人具有反覆無常，因為上帝…凡人身上所具有的，都反映出上帝的部分或全部面像。世間上有無窮的人的“面象“，此正說明上帝的無窮變幻之可能。所以當我們閱讀舊約時，我們可以看見上帝的極端父權的形象，那種大男人、躁狂、絕對服從…同樣人也具有；而當我們走過來看新約時，我們又可遇到一位充滿愛、犧牲、為了人不屈不撓…的上帝，人也是如此。所以當人窮途路絕時，你罵上帝，就是罵自己；你求上帝時，就是在求自己。信仰，若你沒有內在的需要，就不可能達成。所以耶教往往說”信者得救”，即是要你對自己信任、有自信，那你才可能站起來好好做人。其實你信的是你自己！若要消滅世上的惡，把撒旦毁了，你就要張顯心中的善，棄絕心中的惡。
人的反覆極端(像上帝)可反映在一些情況下:人窮過，才知道要知足才會好過；而也有人窮過才會不擇手段去賺錢。痛過，才知道不要去傷害别人；但有些人痛過後會產生報復心態，要人同樣經受他的痛，這是在職場上最容易遇到的上司或者一些銷售人員，或者我們工作後回家對身邊人發脾氣也是如此。哭過，才知道自己其實很脆弱；但有人哭過後會變得堅強，每一次的挫敗都使之更為挺進，所謂百折不撓、越戰越勇也。錯過，才知道改過不要再犯錯；可偏偏有人一錯再錯，甚至永不知錯、累犯累錯，就像教徒般，錯了就祈禱就以為得赦免，跟著又再犯，又祈禱、又赦免。看過，才知道所有的是路過，但有人看過、見過、知道後都想擁有、佔有，不然怎會有如斯發達的資本主義社會？經過，才知道凡事不能太執著，但大多數人剛好相反；所以人愛拆路邊花、愛到處留情、貪慕虚榮、甚至貪小便宜。
上帝造人，人是上帝所造萬物中最極端、最麻煩、也最可愛的物種；這也反映了那至高的面相。所以佛認為人是十法界中最容易成佛、也最容易成為畜生的有情。
