孤獨
曾經獲邀在朋友的公司工作,後來要離開了。有人問:你還會把他當個朋友嗎?我說:是否朋友並不在我這一方,我處處廣結交友、與人為善都是真心付出的;也即是說(至少)我不會利用他們(可是什麼是利用呢?……我甚少、免得相求於人吧)。然而即使如此,別人也不一定把你當朋友。 很多人與人相交相識往往都是建立於某些、某種「利益」上,而我也是。我為的是尋找一個可以真心相交的朋友,純然的不會為了什益(俗世的利益?),而是孟子所謂的義與利的義。 也許是我要求多了,真心的付出也真的不會得到什麼好/義的回報(這不也是想獲得某些、某種「利」嗎?)。甚至也因此常被利用(但能為人所利用不是一件好事嗎?至少自己尚且有價值哩~) 有個我當他是朋友的朋友說。世上跟本沒有朋友這一回事,你跟他、他跟你為友都是互相利用的。即使是所謂的義,不也是各自為了想獲得對方的義的回報嗎?…… 我茫然、無言以對。人也許是孤獨的……

真
人類的知識、文化……都建立於人的五官感覺之上。在西方以隱喻為了解途徑的形上學傳統中因而認為眞理是不可言說的。尤有甚者,希伯來傳統中更影響到人認為的眞理本質:神只可被聽見、而不可被看見……「你不可能獲知天上或地下的所有之事,或任何銘刻的影像與外貌」(摩西上西奈山接受十誡,只聽見耶和華的聲音……)。因而眞理在希伯來的宗教中的無形,與眞理在希臘哲學中的不可言說就成為了核心價值與意義。後世哲學亦依此而發展:當眞理以聽覺為軋時、人被要求依於全然的順從;而當眞理以視覺為跡而被了解掌握時,則依賴於自明的証據。當代科學的發展即依於視覺、或其延伸而發展,即使對不可見的粒子的研究,人類亦發明了視覺延伸性的測量工具來進行探索。科學眞理觀的自明性,因而賦予了科學的一種特質:可証偽性。 由此看來,西方文化的二元性來由是有其因的。一方面人於宗教的順從、另一面則展現科學自明性的探求
