人生充滿喜怒哀樂悲，很多事情不由得我們決定；而我們往往也受制於外在環境，令我們覺得人生滿是苦，苦得生無可戀、厭世、甚至自戕、自尋短見。即使佛陀說法49年也揭示世間苦為多；其實這一切都是誤解。一切還都是在於心態，心態好一切皆好，心態正一切皆正。 當你以愛心看這世界，生命就是美麗的，當你以平和溫順的聲音去言說，生命本身就是靜穆充滿法喜，當你予人以樂善好施的援手，生命就充實豐滿，當你以慈悲心善待萬事萬物，生命的價值就是無價的絕對圓善。
