佛弗
佛是什麼? 很多人信佛喜歡掛在口邊,但思想上、行為上、心態上却與一般人無異,這可稱之為口邊佛。同樣的情況有文字佛。人為什麼會如此?大柢因為如此可以使自己的心能安吧。但如此真能安?難矣!難矣! 在眾多宗教(或宗教學問)中,唯佛教/佛學可以予人証成佛,而其他只能成為其徒。這意謂着什麼?佛之所以成為佛,其根本在於一心之覺,由此覺而使人脱胎換骨,從而在思想上、行為上、心態上能真正澄明、放下、而無所掛慮、無所罣礙、更無所怖慄,一切順適……貪瞋痴慢疑盡可消融,既消融自能坦然消遥而為佛。 但其他宗教之所以是徒,亦只能是徒,因其至少尚念滋在滋其軀體、生命之永生、我之念仍縈繞於心……況其上仍預設了不可逾越的唯一,神

臭味相投
人與人交往,臭味相投是自然的。但若然在工作上、事務上以臭味相投為基準則往往帶來禍患。很多情況下管理人員、或處理人事的人員都認為自己能相當客觀地處理人事,但實際上在處理人事時個人的觀感、價值却往往左右了自身的決策。在如斯的情況下,這亦是臭味相投的效應。如何才能避免、或減低臭味相投效應的影響?當然,我們可以說是依於每一事、每一情況的客觀需要條件而定。某一事、或情況需要某些條件方能達成,那相關人員即須依於此等條件以謀事、人。事、情況越重要,那相關選決的人員數目相應增加亦有需要,因為如此才能迸除個人觀感的影響。即使是由一個人可以決定的時候,當我們面見被選人員時,審視了各種條件後。最好亦應從其他途徑審查該被選人員的資料才予以決定…… 當人進入一個環境中,該環境的人或事未必與自己有臭味相投的效應。此時人的態度會予以適應、配合、並因應需要而予以導向(若可能而有能力的話),甚至導向更好的狀況。如是者,雙方都能互有增益、同為提升進步,這是最理想的情況。 但亦有人會自感格格不入,無從適應。從而使個體與之衝突、感到壓力……而至離隊。這是最壞的狀況。 若然走入新環境的人,其身份、地位較高,而又不能有臭味相投的效應產生。那可能會出現一次、或一連串的換血行動。若此人胸襟視野夠闊而宅心仁厚,那可能會予下綫人員機會、或因應下綫人員的能力才華重組工作。反之,則是一種變天的效果出現。 若此人的能力並非特別卓越,胸襟能耐亦為一般,那可能會在其可能不能予以改變之處而生情緒……
